Local Time, Timezones, Countries

TimeTracker was built from the beginning to support Companies working international:

• Employees working from different Countries / TimeZones
• Employees travelling through TimeZones

TimeZones from a Developers POV is really painful work – even more worse then dealing with Dates only 😉

On the other site TimeTracker must be an easy-to-use and to understand APP. So through the APP I’m following some simple rules:

• Users are always doing their work  in Local Times, because it’s the time their customers are using
• All TimeZone complexity should be hidden for normal workflow
• If needed, TimeZone support should only be one click away
